Terms of Service

Effective date: September 21, 2026. These Terms govern use of Forge Reception AI’s AI phone-answering service.

Service
Forge Reception AI can answer calls when a customer’s team is busy, after hours, or cannot pick up; collect caller details and next-step information; and send a clear summary. Availability and routing depend on the customer’s configured setup. Emergency dispatch is not promised.

Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate setup information and are responsible for lawful use of the service, including lawful call-recording notices and consent where applicable.

Payments and trial
The service is $247 per month after a 7-day free trial. $0 is due today. The first charge occurs after the trial unless canceled. Customers may cancel anytime. No setup fee applies.

Service providers
Forge Reception AI uses service providers for website hosting, payments, phone and voice services, email notifications, and related operations. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
